Justin Strizzi | Founder & CEO
Justin is responsible for leading all aspects of Heirloom Company's acquisition and development process. Justin also leads Heirloom's entitlement consulting group for third party developers. Justin's real estate experience began as all real estate careers should - cold calling; sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities for a New York City-based owner/operator, and has since included commercial investment sales, tenant- and landlord-rep leasing, development, and finance, transacting on over $2 billion in commercial real estate across all major asset classes and domestic markets.

Immediately prior to founding Heirloom Company, Justin managed and led the development of Welleon in Gordon Square while with Bond Street Group - from site selection, design, and entitlement through construction, marketing, lease-up, and ongoing property- and asset management. Welleon was fully leased and stabilized less than 10 months from the start of construction.
Justin worked as an Associate for The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in New York City until 2018. At Ackman-Ziff, Justin was responsible for the underwriting, structuring, and execution of debt financing, investment sales, and joint venture equity transactions ranging various asset classes for a variety of institutional clients.
Justin holds a degree in Architecture from Penn State University - and practiced with firms in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York prior to his entry into commercial real estate. With Justin's passion for design, beautiful architecture is a prerequisite to any Heirloom Company project.
